Delivery & Returns


If we run a sale or reduce the price of an item you purchased, we will issue you a store credit for the difference. Just contact us with the order number.


Limited editions and final sale items are not returnable unless the product is grossly defective.




If you purchased the item from any other venue other than, you must go through that venue. We cannot service returns for other venues or platforms.


Returns for a refund are accepted for any reason (except customer damage) within 30 days of purchase subject to the exclusions listed below. Final Sale, travel/samples, and Made to Order items are not returnable for reasons not our fault. Services are also not returnable, as such we will not be able to refund the entire purchase price for sharpened straight razors as most of the value is in the sharpening service provided.

Within 5 days of actual receipt, a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping costs will be issued to the credit card that was used to pay for the order if the item is resell-able. We must be able to locate your order information to initiate a refund.

If we cannot find the order, we will issue you a store credit for unused & sale-able merchandise only.

If the item is un-sellable due to reasons not our fault, you may either accept a store credit for the full value or a disposal fee of up to 25% for software (not made from metal, plastic, or hair), 40% for brushes & razors, and 50% for non WSP items shall be assessed. Made to Order items are considered non-restockable whether used or not due to the nature of the item.

Excessive, unreasonable, or large quantity returns will be judged on a case by case basis.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you didn't use it, we will send you a return shipping label unless it was a made to order item which cannot be restocked. See below. Once received, we will issue you a store credit for the actual amount paid for the item.

If you did use it, just send it back with the return order form and follow the procedure outlined above. Alternatively, if you prefer to save on postage, if you could answer some questions about what you didn't like about it, what description wasn't accurate on the website, and what we can do better next time we can offer a store credit minus any actual postage & handling costs incurred.

We will not exchange samples/travel sizes for reasons not our fault. If you do not like the scent/performance, we may be able to offer a store credit up to 50% of the purchase price on a case by case basis.

Excessive, unreasonable, or large quantity returns will be judged on a case by case basis.

Prepaid Return Labels (US ONLY)

I will issue a printable prepaid return label by request. The label will come from It will only be good for 48 hours. Please pack up the package nicely, no refund/credit will be issued if the item arrives broken. DO NOT use the free priority mail boxes.

If the item is not resalable, you used a free shipping code, or you are asking for a refund to the credit card used, the cost of the return label will be deducted from any credit issued. Minimum of $5 will be deducted.

Any WSP branded item that is not a final sale item is covered under warranty against defects in workmanship for one year for the original purchaser. Hair loss of 1 or 2 hairs every other shave is uncommon, but within tolerances, but we'll still replace it if you're unhappy.
